由於之前安裝Nvidia IDE SW Driver後會造成硬碟讀取變得大聲、停頓甚至Windows XP SP2開機失敗，所以就寫信問ASUS客服，然後北京客服又說是Nvidia IDE SW Driver本身的問題，最後一氣之下就寫MAIL去和Nvidia抱怨~!

PS:現在不知道為什麼，Windows XP SP2重灌第五次之後就可以正常使用了@@!

Thank you for your email. We do not have any reported issues with the Seagate 7200.8 hard drive. I am attaching a newer IDE driver which you may try out. Keep in mind that this driver has not been fully tested and is considered beta however contains alot of newer bug fixes and may work better with your hard drive. Since it is a beta driver, it is not supported by NVIDIA. Use at your own risk.

Dear Nvidia:
I had a problem for use the "Nvidia SW Driver" with my "Asus A8N-E mainboard" and "Seagate 7200.8 SATA hard disk". The disk have large noise and could not work smoothly after install the "Nvidia SW Driver".

I asked ASUS about this problem. They told me that "Nvidia SW Driver" cause this problem. The solution is uninstall the Windows XP SP2 and do not install the "Nvidia SW Driver".

Does Nivdia have the latest or BETA SW Driver to attack this normal problem?
