CPU 60幾度應該不至於造成這種狀況 (除非CPU本身就有問題)
記憶體、介面卡、BIOS 部分可能性較大....建議先拔掉所有介面卡裸測看看
如果又出現..換掉記憶體再試.......如果又出現
檢查一下 BIOS 是否為適用版本，然後去 BIOS 以 load fail safe defaule 或是 load bios default..關掉 bios .. antivirus protection 及　Plug and Play OS 設定為 no..

如此交叉測試，因該會找出原因 ~~~~~~~~~~~
