I NEED MY DVD TO BE SHIPPED !
WHY DO YOU ENCOURAGE CUSTOMERS CANCELLING ORDERS?
IT IS FUNNY THAT YOU CHARGE MY MONEY AND SHIP NOT,
EVEN IF I CANCELL THE ORDERS, YOU DO NOT GIVE NO
REFUND !! I DO NOT KNOW WHAT POLICY THIS IS !?
YOU HAVE BEEN CHANGING YOUR POLICY VERY OFTEN LATELY,
AND MOSTLY THEY ARE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!
IT MAKES NO SENSE THAT YOU CHARGE ME, AND YOU SHIP NOT
EVEN MORE RIDICULOUS THAT I CANCELL AND GET NO REFUND
BUT GET A CREDIT WHICH CAN BE USED APPROXIMATELY 25%
OF THE AMOUNT ON NEXT ORDER!! NOT TO MENTION THAT
THE CREDIT WOULD BE GONE IN A YEAR AFTER!!
IT SEEMS THAT I CAN NEVER GET MY DVD NOR MY MONEY !
YOU SHOULD GIVE GOOD RESPONSE ON THIS!
