To failure: Answer is NO at this moment. You have to wait until they return the refund system.

I still have one order that is near two months ago and two that are about three weeks..
Now I don't order any more from DVDSoon. I rather order DVDs from UK or even ebay.
I wish they can refund my money so that I can order the ones I want in other places.
