既然大家有需要...那...
晚上有空我在網誌分享一下減肥方法好了~
喵助教不肥?沒錯~是不肥,但只是現在不肥....
學起來備用...怕過了25歲就不成喵型了
雖然自己還沒用,但是拯救過不少人歐~
方法再有效,都還是要有毅力啦~

恩恩,大家提供一些方法吧。
目前有:
一、冷m大:看電視跑步法。目的是利用看電視時頭腦不用轉動,讓身體做自然規律的慣性動作,剛開始或許不習慣,建議先從無聊可看可不看的節目做起,例如XX摩天輪
會比較容易進入狀況。
