官網有說明喔 ~
HDDlife works under Microsoft Windows 2000/ XP/2003 using the latest capabilities of these systems. The current version supports IDE, Serial ATA and SCSI disks with standard controllers, while external, IDE RAID and SCSI RAID controllers are not supported. Anyway , they are used only on professional systems and are not very widespread
