當初在網站上找到 10% off coupon code 5/31 到期
想說比 Amazon 便宜很多, 所以就訂了
想不到都快 2個月, 還有二片一直On order
e-mail 過去, 第一封有回一些道歉的話, 再來幾乎無回音

從上面說明 Cancel Order 好像無法退錢, 只能用同等金額採購其他貨品
我想請問有無其他網友, 去 Cancel 訂單再重新下Order , 這樣速度會快嗎 ?
我是不想再Order , 只想退錢了事,
真是的, 速度慢也就算了, 至少給個期限, 好讓我們心裡有個底
像這樣有不知何時有貨到 , 也許這就是便宜需付出代價
要在DVD soon 下訂單網友, 可能要有非常不Soon 的心理準備
