不好意思,新手發問,
上星期ibm 60gb 硬碟壞了,拿去電腦公司問,結果是過保固了,
無意間逛到PCDVD數位科技討論區,發現可以寄原廠的方法,
而英文超爛,所有就隨便試了一下,
先是參照文章, Warranty Quick Check 一下,發現還在保固內,
於是在 RMA Request Process 填了基本資料(地址是參照中華郵政 中翻英系統),
因為硬碟和bios讀不到,所以沒做 下載 Drive Fitness Test (DFT)測試動作,
之後硬碟包一包,就利用宅急便寄到IBM在桃園的轉運站 TW LC 收....
過了幾天,有個外國電話打來,說是硬碟維修,說資料沒完全,要我的e-mail,
結果我卻給了另一個e-mail(跟RMA Request Process 填基本資料的不同)
又過了兩天 在RMA Request Process 填基本資料的e-mail收到了下述信件

請問上述內容是如何(硬碟寄出後4天才收到),
另外硬碟寄出時,我並無在在包裹中附上印好的個人資料,也沒寫RMA,
不知後續還需要做什麼處理嗎....謝謝!!
