請教各位，小弟的朋友之前剛換新家。
但是無法連上網頁(無法顯示網頁)，硬體方面網卡正常，接觸正常，在命令提示字元中還看的到IP。
住隔壁的房客表示，電腦只要依插上就可以連線了。(並非主機分享問題)
請教可能是哪裡出的問題，以及解決方案。
p.s我有試過把防火牆關掉問題，但是還是不能解決。
