請問一下各位高手

ATA100的RAID 5是不是真就那麼慢?
在下用
LSI MegaRaid i4
Hitachi 7K250 250GB/8M x 8來做RAID 5

Stripe Szie 16k
NTFS Szie 16k

write back
read ahead
direct I/O

用Sandra 2005
也只跑出了
Buffered Read : 105 MB/s
Sequential Read : 40 MB/s
Random Read : 35 MB/s
Buffered Write : 70 MB/s
Sequential Write : 13 MB/s
Random Write : 12 MB/s
Average Access Time : 3 ms (estimated)

寫入速度可以說是異常的慢....連30MB都到不了Q_Q

如果改成Write Through就更慘

Buffered Read : 98 MB/s
Sequential Read : 110 MB/s
Random Read : 38 MB/s
Buffered Write : 6 MB/s
Sequential Write : 5 MB/s
Random Write : 6 MB/s
Average Access Time : 18 ms (estimated)

目前對LSI這張卡是極其失望....因為就算是ATA RAID 5效能差
也不能...
