I placed this order a MONTH ago. All I keep getting is the run around, same goofy replys from your staff.
I can NOT give you a "screen capture" of my online credit card statement, because my browser is not compatable with that website. Nor would I do it anyway since it contans private and sensative information that is none of your business.
I do NOT want to cancel my order because it contains sale items of which could be out of stock or are no longer available or no longer on sale when placed within another order.
I have placed other orders with koreandvd.com before using the same credit card, so I don't see what the problem is.
Can anyone here give me a straight answer?!?
I've been told from the staff that the order would ship though your fastest way possible to make up for the trouble, then I was told that I'd also receive $20 extra in mileage points for my continued dissatisfaction.
BUT, MY ORDER HAS STILL NOT SHIPPED YET!!!
If my order does not ship within 48 hours, then I will be taking my business elsewhere... permenantly.
