可是第二筆我用另外一張卡買就收到這封信

後來我問他們可不可以用信用卡的帳單作證明
他回答說"It will certainly help too"
我就把帳單照相然後EMAIL寄過去

結果今天又來了兩封信
第一封是和網友收到的一樣有中文翻譯的那封　
就是要對帳單還有身份證明的

正覺得奇怪的時候第二封又來了

Dear customer,

We tried to contact you on the phone because the address on the card didn't match shipping address but you didn't seem to understand English.　Maybe you can show me a capture of your online banking statement which shows your payments to us or we can ship to your billing address.　Please let us know which you prefer.
