Upon your instructions, we will sometimes further look for the title. In the event that we cannot acquire the title that you ordered, we will issue a refund. As we use the service of a Payment Gateway, an external source, to process your cards and for other various circumstances beyond our control, we will often charge your card before actual shipment is sent out(please note that our account with Worldpay is set up on a preauthorization basis, meaning we delay charging your card until we are reasonably sure that we can ship the title you ordered).
