意思是, 當你郵寄 DVD 回英國時, 必須附上一張的紙條子, 簡要地描述退貨的理由, 並附上你的英文名子、E-mail 位址、和訂單號碼 (order number) !!

當他們收到你的退貨時, 會 e 你運費補償 (VOUCHER), 以及退貨款 (Refund) 至你的信用卡帳戶~
