You need to think about the usage of your NB before you buy Dell D800 or BenQ J8000.

J8000 uses 15.1" XGA (1024x768) or SXGA+ (1400x1050) LCD and ATI M9000 graphic crad.
D800 uses 15.4" WXGA (1280x800) or WUXGA (1920x1200) LCD and nVedia GeForece4 4200 graphic card.

D800 definitely has much better 3D/2D graphic performance. I suggest you to buy Dell D600. It is cheper than D800 and even J8000.

D600 uses 14.1" XGA (1024x768) or SXGA+ (1400x1050) LCD and ATI M9000 graphic crad too. The LCD size is smaller but the spec/price is very good. and it is only 2.1kg. It also gives 3-yr on-site global warranty.
