在經過漫長的等待之後，7月3日，我再也忍不住了，再寫mail問我的訂單怎麼還沒收到，為什麼隔這麼久才去問，因為人家他的電子收據mail還特別交代以下這段：
Virtually all orders ship within 48 hours. Please remember we are in Canada and orders will take a few days longer to reach you. Please do not e-mail in 2 days asking why you have not received your order. Receiving hundreds of such emails only slows us down.

我想再怎麼說，我們也還是知書達禮的人，一個月都已經過去了，應該可以問了吧!!

接下來就更精彩了……
7月5日，我收到的mail如下：
Hello Ben,

Unfortunately we are having trouble finding your order, Please check with you visa company to see if there has been a charge put through from The Music Shoppe or NA DVD,

搞了半天，錢都收走了，說還要我去查一下visa有沒有入帳，
當然入帳了，我的中國信託早在6月5日給我扣款了65.55加幣。
7月7日、7月11日各寫了mail，到現在一直石沈大海。

奉勸各位上國外網站網購一定要慎選信譽良好之網站，不要因為貪便宜，得到這樣的下場－傷財又受氣。
