TLA#0000: Copies all

TLA#0100: Cannot copy Cactus Data Shield 100 protected CD's and some Cactuse Data Shield 200 CD's anymore.

TLA#0101: Cannot copy Cactus Data Shield 100/200 protected CD's anymore and it also has problems with certain game CD's.
用TLA#0101是真的不能燒錄sd2
