Help....DVD in Acer Travelmate 528
 

hello everyone

I got a problem
I rent from Video shop by my DVD player in my Acer Travelmate 528 Note book in NewYork
One is ok (which is produced in 1999 performed by Tom Hanker) but the other one from Disney can not work (I think it is produced in 2000).
The DVD Drive shall be ok because I try two diffenet disks. I use the "cvdplay" software provided by Acer (DVDExpress). When I play, no error message shows up and the disk is rotated but the movie does not show up and the track number does not advance.
The area code are both Area One. I don't think that is problem.

It would be helpful if anyone can reply on this board!
