請問有人知道iosdt.exe這是什麼程式嗎?

我電腦的cpu使用率是100%就是這隻程式，如果把它刪了就會回覆使用率到2%~3%，但是重開機之後他還是一樣回覆到使用率100%(CPU)，有辦法解決嗎?謝謝

Recommendation :
