我記得曾在書上看過TV Tuner 有自解鎖碼台的神奇效用,但我裝的ATI TV WONDER卻無此功能. 有人的卡能解嗎?還是因為跟最近搞出來的蛇麼定只所馬有關?

這是絕對不可能的！
那功能只是頻道的「頻率微調」而已。

如果可行，
這些解碼器的業者還混得下去嗎？
那大家也不必動輒去花個四千多塊去買個「定址解碼器」了。

Yes,, there is such kind of program that you can watch the pay cahnnel using your tuner card. But it is only popular in Europe. Try to us your search engine and searching for "free TV" then you can find some interesting program. But it is all for PAL system and none for NTSC. Also most of the program is in German which I do not understand at all.

I tried EXOTV 4.6, it looks very promising but it still does not support NTSC...
