Hey man .... i dont think there r much these type of the PCI videocard that u can get on the market nowaday. especial with the S-Video output..... too hard.... not worth the try.

I think Leaktek S800 is your choice.
It has S-Video output.
but 8M Rambus DRAM.
has PCI and AGP Version.

Maybe you could find Voodoo3-3000 at the market, then I think it will be a good choice, but it's hard to find the pci version, agp version is easier.
