nVIDIA is going to hold a conference in London during 8-9th March. The participation fee is UK 250 which equals to NTD 12500 or so.
An attractive thing is they say "If you were worried that two hundred and fifty earth pounds (plus VAT) seemed like a lot, then keep in mind that the conference cost also includes a free graphics card. And this is not just any graphics card, oh, no. This one will be based on NVIDIA's latest mind-boggling pixel-popping vertex-crunching hardware. There's no limit to the number of people from each company who can attend – but there's just one card per attendee."
Seems like everyone could join the meeting.
And if they could send the VGA card (should be GeForce3 based) to anywhere the attendee lives, not only supply in the Hilton hotel, then we could really get a GeForce3 at a really low price...NTD 12500...think about it!

說實話,我認為不太可能.
nVidia在很多conference中都會送與會者一塊顯示卡,例如GDC中的某些會議.不過那也只限於與會者.而且nVidia也沒說送什麼顯示卡,GeForce3不是沒有可能,但是也沒有任何保證.如果他們對與會者沒有作任何身份的限制的話, 那就找個人頭去,再把卡寄回來吧!NTD 12500真的很便宜,GeForce3在Mac上的版本要賣USD600!!

在看過GeForce3在Mac上表現之後,覺得某3D晶片及顯示卡生產商可以收一收準備關門了......
