* OPengl 3140 icd used, and file size reduced.

* Both OSes merged into one download.

* Added Mobility support for PowerPlay feature.

Divided the settings per-card, now the settings are more card specific and will not be mixed (like no T&L for VE cards, etc.)

* Fixed a small bug with the refresh rates.

* Added the SSE2 optimizations for P4 CPU's in OpenGL

* Fixed a setting that prevented turning OFF or ON the V-Sync.

* Changed some settings for PM support, now, when returning from sleep mode the card should wake up properly.

* Modified the setup to give the user more install options and more control over the installation. Now the ATI driver installation will not run
automatically after the drivers setup , but instead it will ask you if you want to run it.
