I am thinking about getting P4 DDR but which board is good

Asus P4S333
or
MSI 645 Ultra
or
Gigabyte GA-8SRX

I think ASUS P4S333 is better than the other two, and I've used Abit SD7-533 its better too.

P4S333 with "Integrated SiS 961 Fast Ethernet LAN controller ",P4S333/c none of this.

P4S533 is already cames out......its with SIS645 DX chip
