先問他性別are you a man or a woman? 這樣問法比較委婉一點。

簡單又可以排除一些特殊的情況

剛才回信說是女的了，我是跟她說因為我這邊的套房住戶有五個都是女性
，所以因為安全因素所以希望知道她的性別.
