還有一堆球隊投手春訓爛得可以，我就不相信全大聯盟投手，不管先發還是牛棚，每個都比老王投得好

那些穩進開季的，投得差美其名說在調整，但對老王這種正在找尋下一份頭路的人投得爛就說你老了，不行了，絲毫不給時間 :mad:

SURPRISE, Ariz. -- Right-hander Chien-Ming Wang threw three scoreless innings as he continued his comeback bid in attempt to make the Royals' roster in Saturday's 5-2 win over the A's at Surprise Stadium.

Wang gave up four singles, walked none and struck out none. He threw 38 pitches, 27 for strikes, and his fastball sat in the 92-93 mph range while touching 95.

"I feel I'm good," Wang said when asked if he's done enough to make the Opening Day roster. "But you have to make the decision in the manager's [office]."

皇家教練團 在老王這場先發前 就跟他說了吧
開季你的位置一樣是先發投手 但是在3A
所以這場老王是輕鬆投 但最快球速還是能到93英哩
(難怪昨天看的時候 覺得這場有慢下來)

老王今天3局投了38球 裡就有15變化球(變化球比例不像平常的他)
所以是在練變化球種
王建民的球速真的回來了 :cry:

不管如何 皇家教練團在王建民這場先發前公佈開季5位先發 就是不尊重 :mad:
