這幾天，我還一直在思考雷霆－馬刺第二場那個爭議的邊線發球問題。

有人指出。Fiba的規則明訂，場內球員必須距離發球員一公尺以上。如果邊線外有兩公尺空間則不受限(發球員可後退)。

17.3.2 During the throw-in other player(s) shall not:

o Have any part of their bodies over the boundary line before
the ball has been thrown-in across the boundary line.

o Be closer than 1 m to the player taking the throw-in when the throw-in

out-of-bounds obstructions.

當發球員發球時 在邊線外的空間不足兩米時 防守者必須離發球者超過一米

也就是說如果發球員身後有超過兩米的空間 防守者是絕對可以緊貼的邊線的

問題是NBA商業掛帥，能多排座位自然不可能少排。場邊的攝影都屢屢影響球員撲救了。怎麼想也不可能空個兩公尺給你。

果然再查NBA就沒有類似的規定。記憶中大家也都緊貼邊線as near as possible，也從沒聽說過什麼保持一定距離的。

這很明顯是職業規則上的一個瑕疪，如果沒有研究改規則的話，大概也只能這樣了。

我倒是覺得NBA可以考慮增加一個"邊線審"，嚴格查核那些在邊線上的紛爭。其他三個看場內，就他專門盯邊線，至少可以避免西河那種"四度空間抄球"的出現吧……

以這一個案例來說。A297引述虎撲查到的規則：

RULE NO. 12—FOULS AND PENALTIES*
A. Technical Foul
Section II—Delay-of-Game
EXCEPTION (5):
In the last two minutes of the fourth period and last two minutes of
any overtime period, a technical foul will be assessed if the defender
crosses or breaks the plane of the boundary line when an offensive
player is in a position to inbound and prior tothe ball being released
on a throw-in.
第四節或是加時賽的最後兩分鐘內，若防守者在發球時踩踏或越過邊線
將被判罰一次拖延比賽造成的技術犯規

不過NBA規則跟FIBA規則很多不一樣
而且NBA還有捧大牌球員的特殊待遇 :D
