CHROME是支持DXVA..
他使用ANGLE的OpenGL renderer..
(Firefox也是使用ANGLE)
在windows上會轉換呼叫DXGI(D3D11) API去調用DXVA...
(這是ANGLE API允許的作法..)
可以透過DXVA checker的log去觀察D3D11的初始化操作.....
但不好說這視訊串流(HTML5)上效率是不是跟原生edge差不多...

也有撥放器像是Qt使用這款API..
不過表現出來的效果我覺得很爛...

從以前到現在
IE和EDGE都明顯好過火狐和CHROME
直接就能上去硬解
但火狐和CHROME還會失效或者根本沒硬解
只要遇到火狐和CHROME這兩個跑很差的影片
到IE和EDGE上就生龍活虎有該有的硬解效能出來

可以了謝謝,不過另一台電腦RX470 對VP9解碼的效果真不好
chrome會頓,E3 1230V2+RX470的組合,居然會GG
只好用EDGE開youtube VP9 4K :)

就目前的狀況來看..
polaris的vp9是hybrid...

RX470目前硬解VP9是封印的
但是可以修改登錄檔強制開啟
不過軟體還跟不上效率不優
硬解只能硬解到2K 30FPS
再上去4K畫面會頓

儘管有人狂推vpx 可惜始終是不成氣候…
當然這問題不是無解

雖然vp8/9的一部分功能在經過增強後 與同業協商下
將會納入AV1(暫稱)的格式內
但不能掩飾其本身有如砲灰般的存在…

目前用G4560的內顯 播不順HEVC 4K 10Bit HDR的影片 流量78M的
由於記憶體只分1G給內顯 是否為VRAM不足?

還記得以前最早看1080p藍光
是在1024*768的小螢幕上看的
當時就覺得藍光好讚 比DVD好太多

現在用FHD螢幕 是否也能看出
UHD比FHD更好?
