Matt Garza left Tuesday's game in the third inning with an undisclosed injury.

Garza was struggling with his command in the inning, and it's possible his arm was bothering him. Scott Dohmann took over against the Mariners. If Garza goes on the disabled list, then Jeff Niemann could be the choice to replace him in the rotation.
