講的轉檔是指DVD=>avi嗎？
那麼若使用的Codec是XviD 1.2以後就可以提供多執行緒的支援了！

Changes in XviD 1.2 [25.02.2006] :
- {core}: Trellis improvements (according to sysKin).
- {core}: New experimental SMP support.
- On uniprocessor machines set number of threads to 0!

Changes in XviD 1.1.0 final :
- {core}: Field interlaced decoding.
- {dshow}: Additional fourcc support.
- {vfw}: Small updates.

或是直接採用AutoGK這套程式（從自2.27版採用新版Xvid就可以獲得支援）：

若以DVD轉Divx，使用Divx codec的核心，Divx 5.1.1版就開始提供支援

所以一般來說轉檔過程只要是採用divx或是xvid的新codec，幾乎就可以針對HT或是SMP提供支援

昨天我看了一下發現TMPG系列的只要去CPU設定
支援多線程就可以支援多核心了.
真是糟糕用了那麼久都自己沒發現.

想知道這些有沒有支援雙核心呢

DVD Shrink(DVD影片壓縮時)
Digital Photo Professional(DPP處理raw)
3ds max (跑圖)

而若有支援的話
有分i家a家這樣嗎？
如INTEL有支援 amd沒有這樣

那可以放心,不會有這種事

大大要擔心的是未來64bit,有些AMD支援
intel不支援

因為intel support的64bit指令比AMD少一點點 :laugh:

Pegasys的東東(TMPGEnc之類的)
只有不是舊得太離譜的
基本上都有。。
一些比較知名廠商的軟體(如Ulead、Adobe、CyberLink)
只要是相關的多媒體工具
不要舊得太誇張的
基本上都是有支援

即使不支援，也可藉由設定工作管理員使其中一顆全速跑，雖然這樣速度上
不見得比兩顆核心一起跑較快，但對整個系統的LOADING會有些改善，不像
之前單核轉檔系統會變得頓頓的，當然這也跟其它的變數會有關連，但雙核
的確對轉檔會有幫助
