意思是說你的 port 被防火牆藏起來，
沒有打開對應的 port ，當然快不起來啦~~

正常來說如果有開 port 的話，應該是出現下列的訊息.....
timeout : connection was accepted on ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
sent hello but no answer was given !??

不知道您是用哪種防火牆，看你是使用比特精靈，
比特精靈預設的 port 是 16881，
如果會使用的話，試著打開 16881 port ，
下載的速度應該會比之前還要快了......

最近我的也很慢~速度一直飆不上去~以前都可以破百~

最近頂多30kB/s左右~就爬不上去了~不管我上傳開多大~都一樣~唉!

之前我也是下載從不破200K
不過一陣子沒有在玩BT了(3個月)
昨天又開始下載可以到5百k左右的速度..
我想ISP檔p2p的設備會不會是短缺,所以會彈性對使用者作流量的管制...
因為我很久沒有用了,所以從壞名單中除名..

由此看來，學網是P2P的大戶，如果真的強制鎖住，
想必以後沒人要用BT了(慢到受不了)。

半小時回來看又暴速了
600多k.上傳35k

還有阿~就是我有改用過比特精靈!
但是我每次開啟時~他都會偵測那個好像什麼UPnP的~每次都偵測不到~
那是啥東西阿?小弟不會說~
