Microsoft is a bug maker.

It always makes many bugs.
For a example, win2000 is not support cpu with 900 higher well a half year ago.
But via or intel solved the problem.
Because they make the driver for it such as via 4 in 1.

When people use windows, they will think when microsoft will provide a windows with less bug (not no bugs), but when new vision of windows is provided,new bugs will be bundled.
