我有這個類似經驗，不過一次中三首歌，記過3次，一年內記過4次就永久停權...

現在最紅的工作是當全職youtuber，生產影片上傳賺點閱數，收入比正常上班族還高。

vevo似乎有監督的制度？比較少看到國外歌手被複製歌曲牟利
台灣也有不少知名歌手加入了，我想這會是個趨勢


卡位早的應該收入都沒問題了，現在卡位的要有點特色才行
而且想一想，youyuber工作也不輕鬆就是了，有時候要拼點擊只能以量取勝

歌曲侵權除了直接砍掉，還會有二種情形...

1.消音(現場收音也不行)



2.沒事，繼續使用，點擊率算版權者的

在你上傳後youtube會偵測音軌的版權，然後會和版權所有方確認，只要版權所有方同意，你的影片仍然可以繼續撥，但收益是歸版權所有方的。

我喜歡分享自己喜歡的歌曲在論壇裡，
所以都在U2上面搜尋內崁影片連結介紹，
但有鑑於，很多歌曲連結之後都會失效(當時以為是上傳者自砍)，
所以，我改成下載U2的影片，再上傳......這樣就不會失效了...(哈哈)。
沒想到上傳才1x部MV，就陸續收到"警告"......我才趕緊撤掉。

但有一些例外:
因為是U2下載再上傳，所以畫質不清晰.....
