只是民眾有訴求
警方被下令阻擋民眾
中間就會有推擠
有推擠就有可能受傷
還是警方要因為可能使民眾受傷
可能會違反憲法
無法保障民眾權益
因此無視命令
讓民眾過去.....

當然，如果是集權獨裁式國家的思維，那又是另外一回事了。

就職演說當然都是說些有道理的話
道理當然是沒錯啦
但是要怎麼達成
美國也不是沒有過示威遊行而造成警民雙方受傷的事件 :flash:
美國政府也違憲了嗎?

當然是有，但是政府賠到脫褲子，違法人員被解職，反觀我們？那都是暴民。。。e04

由英國的例子不難看出，他們顯然不把校園槍擊造成大規模死傷的慘劇視為所謂極端狀況，
而是痛定思痛，採取具體的立法行動來防範類似事件。

再過來，開放槍枝的國家，管制措施當然是必要的，只是嚴格與否而已。
