我收到的三部片子中有一片有一明顯的刮痕!
請問各位我應如何處理呢??

當然是先寫封信跟DVDEXPRESS說明一下狀況後請它再寄一份而將這有問題的寄回去

請Express寄新的.然後舊的留著...沒理由要付運費..我朋友就是這樣處理

我是不知道express有那麼笨要寄新片給你.還不拿舊片回來的.一般的處理方式是寄片子給他(運費自付).然後express換新片寄還給你(運費express付)

我相信如果你的片子不是經常刮壞或遺失的話,一般而言,美國的網路商店都會提供最佳的服務給你,也就是說立刻用快遞免費補寄一片過來,當然如果你的紀錄不佳的話,那可就令當別論了.
我在amazon的經驗是有一次訂雷恩大兵ac3版,結果他寄dts版過來,在我寫信去反映的當天amazon就立刻用DHL補寄一片過來,另外有一次是TOY STORY BOX SET的第二片撥放時有問題,AMAZON也是立刻用UPS補寄過來,而且是補寄一套三片裝的DVD,而不是只寄我反映有問題的那一片.服務真是太好了,美國真是網路購物的天堂.

DVD, CD, and Video Game Return Policy - To return an item for replacement or refund, merchandise must be sealed in its original packaging and returned within 30 days. International orders must be returned within 60 days. If the title is found to be defective, please indicate the problem and we will be happy to replace the item with the same title purchased or give you a full refund. Simply fill out the return invoice that comes with your order, specify whether you would like an exchange or refund, then remove the attached return address label and stick it on the outside of the box. The amount you pay for shipping will be credited to your account when the return is processed.

Electronics and Accessories Return Policy - Express.com offers a 45-day return policy on electronics* and accessories (excludes opened camcorders and portable DVD players - see details below). Product must be returned with the original box and include any cables, manuals, batteries or additional accessories provided. If any of these items are missing or product is not in resalable condition, we may not be able to process the return. A defective product may be returned for a refund or replaced with the same item. 笑話...消費者買東西等了數個星期..等到的是一片�***
你認為我該用什麼態度去對Express.com
事實上東西是自己去掙取的...上次我朋友只是說要換家來買..EXPRESS.COM自己乖乖寄過來.片子也不找他討....
問題是這種情形很少...談不上什麼信譽
這種小錢...呵...還要動到我的腦代去騙嗎....

看你的想法囉.其實用FedEX大概2天到台灣.
跟貨跟緊一點的話4天就有了.至少你的抱怨獲得解決.
或許我做人是和美國人一樣笨就是了.
至少我認為人家有誠意換貨給我.我也應該不要省這點小錢
把貨退回這樣.網路購物就是建立在互信的基礎上的.
