我朋友在日本亞馬遜.訂一套回到未來.以拿到.但是第2片.第3片重卡筍掉下來造成片子刮傷.有寫信給日本亞馬遜.

意思好像是要寄回損壞品.是不是.
還有.有沒有人寄回過給日本亞馬遜.請問要如何寄回給日本亞馬遜.朋友和我都沒寄信去國外.不知該怎麼辦.還是自認倒楣.麻煩請有碰過這種情形的大大告知該如何處理.感謝
