ATI Technologies Inc. (“ATI” or the “Company”) was incorporated pursuant to the Business
Corporations Act (Ontario) by articles of incorporation dated August 20, 1985 as Array Technology Inc.
The Company’s name was subsequently changed to Array Technologies Inc. pursuant to articles of
amendment dated September 13, 1985 and to ATI Technologies Inc. pursuant to articles of amendment
dated December 18, 1985. In this document, references to “ATI” or the “Company” mean ATI
Technologies Inc. and its subsidiaries unless the context otherwise requires or indicates.
