想問問怎樣吃的比較健康
該怎麼吃比較好 吃些什麼比較好

清淡、自然。。。。
本來今早要四點起來運動,但昨晚一碗牛肉麵又喝湯,整整晚一個小時。我試過多次,晚上吃重口味食物或速食,隔天很難起的早與準時。。。
